Salary: 60K-80K with meaningful equity

Submersive is seeking someone with a Bachelors Degree and 1+ years of highly proactive, fast-learning, detail-oriented, high-producing business experience to support Submersive’s C-suite. Submersive wants to invest in a driven, hardworking and self-motivated employee who is hungry to learn. This role is like a COO-in-training and involves managing tasks across disciplines - property development, product, marketing, finance, recruiting, administrative, and strategy.

Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondences.
- Initiate meetings with top industry executives and investors, and then capture and share key takeaways to the team.
- Manage project workflows: coordinating tasks, tracking and following-up on deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication internally and externally.
- Conduct research projects. For example, digging into a variety of alternative debt products potentially available to Submersive; engaging professionals on Reddit to find clever ways at engineering ventilation in certain spaces; locating other experiential projects and their real estate teams.
- Support special projects, working independently or collaboratively. For example, recruiting new talents, and generating decks for various presentations and pitches.
- Support financial processes like expense reporting and budget tracking.
- Optimize workflows by assessing current SAAS and AI platforms and researching, reviewing, and implementing new, potential SAAS and AI platforms..
- Tackle administrative tasks (e.g., organizing Google Drive, booking tickets, scheduling).
- Develop clear and concise standard operating procedures for key processes.
- Oversee team Virtual Assistant who manages schedules, travel coordination and other administrative tasks.

- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent effective time management, and follow-through.
- Persistent, proactive and resourceful with a “figure it out” mindset, a knack for creative problem-solving, and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Examples: wait 2 hours instead of 2 days to follow-up an unanswered phone; find the contact info and set a meeting with the VP of a business if consistently running into dead-ends with the CEO; have doubt about a $10k software product our insurer recommends and naturally call peers and others for trusted recommendations and alternative solutions.
- Accountable, self-aware, and eager to grow through feedback. You ask for support when needed, are quick to take responsibility for mistakes, and change so that you don’t make mistakes multiple times.
